Privacy & security
Trust is not a footnote.
A pulse survey only works if the team believes it. So this page explains openly how flnk handles answers — understandable, without legalese. The legal texts still exist: in the imprint, the privacy policy and the terms.
No conclusions about individuals
flnk evaluates answers in aggregate only. No report, no filter and no export shows individual people — not even admins. Results only appear from 5 answers per group; below that, the dashboard deliberately stays empty.
Separation of answer and person data
Personal data is stored separately from the survey answers. The two are linked only via internal technical identifiers to which access is restricted. Results are displayed in aggregate only.
Made for the works council
In Germany, employee surveys are rightly subject to co-determination. We see the works council not as a hurdle but as an ally: a tool the team trusts works better.
For the rollout we provide ready-made documents: an understandable description of the methodology, an overview of the data flows and a model agreement as a starting point.
GDPR, hosting & contracts
Hosted in Germany: our infrastructure runs in ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centres operated by Hetzner (Germany). Data stays stored until you delete it or the contract ends — after that it is automatically removed from backups within 30 days. For business customers, a data processing agreement (DPA) is available and can be concluded when using the service.
